This is a confident beginner class that builds on basic garment construction skills. We will be sewing the Holmes dress which is a PDF pattern by Helen’s Closet. It is a classic transitional piece to add to your wardrobe. We will learn how to sew button holes and go over key fitting adjustments to get a good fit over the bust.
This is a PDF pattern which will need to be purchased and downloaded through the original designer. Search the following to locate the pattern for our class; Helen’s Closet Holmes Dress.
PDF patterns need to be printed prior to the first class. PDF patterns can be printed out on standard 8.5x11 inch paper or you can take the A0 pattern file to a print shop.
