Dates: November 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, December 1st (Tuesday Evenings)
Time: 6:00pm- 9:00pm
This is an intermediate class that builds on basic garment construction skills and are ready to try their hand at pants with a fitted waist. We will be sewing the Falconer Pants which is a PDF pattern by Helen’s Closet. Which comes with two leg shapes and is ideal for mid to heavy weight woven fabrics (perfect for denim!) The construction lends to on the spot fitting adjustments during the sewing process. Some main focuses will be topstitching and sewing a zip fly!
This is a PDF pattern which will need to be purchased and downloaded through the original designer. Search the following to locate the pattern for our class; Helen’s Closet Falconer Pants.
PDF patterns need to be printed prior to the first class. PDF patterns can be printed out on standard 8.5x11 inch paper or you can take the A0 pattern file to a print shop.
For A0 printing in Kelowna I recommend Brenda's Blueprinting and in Vernon, Elice’s Printopia.
